A scholarship fund was created to help underwrite tuition when needed as a blessing to children and families needing help. Please begin the scholarship process by contacting the BASIC Fund and completing their application.  All scholarship requests require financial accountability and board approval.    Income verification and financial need will be determined by both scholarship committee and board review.

BASIC FUND

The BASIC Fund is an outside scholarship source for new families that has helped provide financial assistance to many MCA students. If you qualify, Basic Fund will pay up to $1600/child/year. Their phone number is 415-986-5650, and their website is www.basicfund.org. Scholarship forms are available online or in the MCA office. The deadline for application is in April.

GUARDSMEN FUND

The Guardsmen Fund is an outside scholarship source for new families that has helped provide financial assistance to many MCA students. If you qualify, the Guardsmen Fund will pay up to $2000/child/year. Their phone number is 415-856-0939, and their website is www.guardsmen.org. Scholarship forms are available online or in the MCA office. The deadline for application is in April.

ENDOWMENT FUND          

Marin Christian Academy maintains an active endowment fund to assist families in need.  Donations of finances, stocks, or property are appreciated and are tax deductible (tax id# 94-2612712). Please consider including Marin Christian Academy in your will as a way to invest in God’s Kingdom.   If Guardsman and Basic Fund do not provide funding families are required to complete the FACTS on-line application.
